Brayden Bullen
Founder
Brayden started Maui Property Managers in 2023 after moving to Maui from Canada with his wife and child.
He has 10 years experience working in Real Estate Investment Advisory, where he continues to actively manage real estate portfolios comprised of commercial and residential properties in Toronto, Vancouver, Berlin, and Maui.

Jennifer Guerpo
Principal Broker
Jennifer was born and raised in Kihei, Maui. Her exposure to property started in childhood with a father who owned and operated a home construction business in Maui.
She has spent her entire career working in multiple facets of property, including pre-build, new-build, major renovations, Escrow & Title, and general real estate sales.

Nash Dreiling
Portfolio Manager
Nash is originally from a small town in Kansas. He moved to Maui in 2021 and established and operated his own rental car company while studying to become a Realtor.
After obtaining his realtor license he moved to managing a portfolio of more than 40 short-term rentals, gaining invaluable expertise in the rental segment of residential real estate.

Sherri Hittle
Accountant
Sherri is originally from a small town in Kansas. She moved to Maui in 2019 with her husband and beloved dog Wilbur (a black lab).
She spent most of her career in IT at a locally owned Kansas bank. Upon moving to Maui, she focused on her love for numbers and began working in accounting
She enjoys spending time at the beach relaxing and visiting with friends and family.
