Sign-Up
Meet with a member of our team to understand your home care needs and determine if we are the right fit for you.
Once the match has been made we will send you a Contract for e-signature.
We then schedule a virtual or in-person property onboarding session to intake relevant information.
Information received we collect keys and your work is done!

Services
Protect: documented interior and exterior vacancy inspection (2x/month)
Maintain: emergency point of contact, delivery attendance, utility set up or coordination, coordination of minor repairs & maintenance (interior, exterior, pool, landscaping, solar, mail, vehicle).
Elevate: pre arrival cleaning, pre arrival inspection, personal shopping (before each arrival), during stay cleaning, departure cleaning, departure inspection
(Optional) Major Projects: addition, major repair or remodel

Receipts and invoices can be viewed and paid for via the client portal.
Payment can be made by electronic fund transfer from your bank account or credit card.

Maui Property Managers meets with you or a member of your team virtually or at your property for an intensive 1-4 hour onboarding session. We have a detailed list of questions to understand and document your property and your property needs.

Maui Property Managers typically manages all aspects of a property. We do have situations where property owners ask us to supplement their current property manager with our personal shopping or vacancy inspection services. For ease of use, we recommend we manage all aspects of a property.

Maui Property Managers offers 3 types of inspections, Vacancy, Home Preparation, and Home Departure. Each inspection utilizes a custom template that records any number of points of reference which include a picture, status, and note option. Vacancy inspections are when a property is vacant. Home Preparation Inspections are when a property has been cleaned, prepped, and stocked with supplies for arrival. Departure is after a property has been vacated, cleaned, cleared, and prepped for vacancy.

Maui Property Managers is your shopper on the island, our typical requests are food and beverage; however, we also supply things such as flower arrangements and event settings.

Maui Property Managers provides portal access to each client. Here you can make requests, view receipts, pay invoices, and view agreements, inspections, and documents.
