Maui Property Agents will ensure you’re receiving the right answers, even if you don’t know what to ask. These will be related to evaluating the neighborhood, inspecting the condition of the house, and understanding any potential renovation or repair needs.

Maui Property Agents will always advocate for a professional home inspection to be done because the inspector will help identify issues that might not be apparent during a walk-through. Being aware of all issues will help you make an informed decision and manage expectations.

Maui Property Agents fee is between 2-3% of the sales price depending on the size of the transaction. These fees are paid by the selling party. Depending on if you are the buyer or seller, there are additional fees for closing, such as title service fees and conveyance tasks, which can be anywhere from 0.5 – 3% of the property price.

Maui Property Agents expect their clients to see 20-30 days elapse from contract to close for a cash purchase. If a deal is financed, you can expect a contract to close a period of 45-60 days.
