MPM is a locally owned property management team on Maui. We focus on two services: Long-Term Rental Management and Home Care.
Our property managers only manage. Sales are handled separately by our Principal Broker, and each manager looks after no more than 40 properties, so every owner gets real attention.
Our owners include mainland and international investors, second-home owners, family offices and corporations.

What does it cost?
12% of rent, with a minimum of $540/mo for a single-family home or $390/mo for a condo, plus GET. Full fees →
Can I switch from my current manager?
Yes. We review your current contract with you and handle the whole transition.
Do long-term rentals get a tax break?
Leasing to the same tenant for 12 months or longer can qualify for Maui County’s long-term rental tax class. See the guide →
